Membership

Membership in the Country Club shall be open to persons of good moral character who are interested in golf, swimming and tennis, as well as social activities for the benefit of the members and the community. Membership is available without regard to race, color, sex or national origin.

Introductory Golf Membership

Family - Provides use of club facilities for the married member, spouse and children under the age of 21 for one month prior to electing full membership. No dues, fees, or minimums will be charged except for cart fees and cash or credit card purchases at the club or pro shop. Introductory Memberships are limited in number and must be approved by the membership chairman and club board.

Single - Provides use of club facilities for the member for one month prior to electing full membership. No dues, fees, or minimums will be charged except for cart fees and cash or credit card purchases at the club or pro shop. Introductory Memberships are limited in number and must be approved by the membership chairman and club board.

Golf - Provides use of club facilities for the married member, spouse and children under the age of 21.

Associate Golf - Same as Family golf, for members ages 21-49.

Weekend Golf - Provides use of golf course on Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays for married member, spouse and children under age 21 years with payment of cart fees. Restaurant and lounge may be used any time, but pool and tennis courts are not included. (No minimums, no capital contribution, no initiation fee or stock purchase required.)

Social - Provides club privileges for the use of the clubhouse, tennis courts and swimming pool for a member, spouse and children under 21. May pay to play golf a maximum of four (4) times a calendar month and at other times consistent with offers to the general public.

Golf - Provides full use of all club facilities to an individual.

Weekend Golf - Same as Family Weekend Golf except for an individual.

Social - Same as Family Social except for a single person.

Family - Available to persons whose prime residence is outside of Citrus County. Membership is for a minimum of one (1) month and a maximum of five (5) months during a calendar year. A golf cart fee must be paid each time a round is played.

Single - Same as family non - resident except for a single person.

Family Social - Same as Regular Family Social except membership is for a minimum of one (1) month and a maximum of five (5) months during a calendar year.

Single Social - Same as Regular Single Social except membership is for a minimum of one (1) month and a maximum of five (5) months during a calendar year.

Golf - Includes four members and spouses who are full time officers and/or senior management. Members have use of all club facilities.

Social - Same as golf except excludes use of golf course.

Golf - Provides full club privileges to a person up to age 21 if family is not a golf member of Inverness Golf & Country Club.

Non-resident must pay for three (3) months minimum membership beginning the first month; EXCEPT if a non-resident is actually in residence for one (1) month, there will be a one month non-resident family membership available at $492.94, a non-resident single membership at $369.70, strictly enforced at one month.

Corporate initiation fees and memberships available upon request and will be determined on an individual basis and must be approved by the Board of Directors.

ALL MEMBERS ARE SUBJECT TO A MONTHLY CAPITAL PROJECT FUND PAYMENT OF $10.00 FOR SINGLE MEMBERSHIP AND $20.00 FOR FAMILY MEMBERSHIP. ALL DUES, INITIATION FEES AND TRAIL FEES ARE SUBJECT TO 6% SALES TAX.
