Where Championship Greens & Hospitality Meet
Inverness Golf and Country Club, a semi-private golf club, has long been known as one of Citrus County‘s premier golf courses. The par 72 course has five sets of tees, ranging from 6194 yards to 4380 yards, with water coming in a play on 7 of the 18 holes.
The greens are Champion Bermuda grass that are fast and sloping.
The club offers many golf options for men and women, including varying groups on a daily basis, as well as several annual tournaments. Two of the most popular and well-known are the Citrus County Senior Open in February and the St. Patrick’s Day tournament in March.
After your round of golf on our championship greens, stop in the Grill Room for libations and camaraderie. Meet our friendly staff and even friendlier members.
On a Wednesday or Friday, please stay for a delicious dinner prepared by “Chef Joe“. If you cannot stay for dinner, enjoy breakfast or lunch Tuesday through Saturday. You can always call in your order (352-419-4823) from the course and pick it up when you make the turn.
Come enjoy the IGCC experience “Where Championship Greens and Hospitality Meet”.
